The Barrera Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to removing systemic barriers and strengthening Latino families in Salem, Oregon — through culturally competent, linguistically accessible, and community-centered services.

ESL classes designed for adult learners at all levels — from beginner to advanced. Flexible scheduling to accommodate working families and parents.
